At CCA we believe that good development consists of 70% on the job experience, 20% exposure (case studies, coaching, role models and mentoring) and 10% attending courses.
We support employees to identify the best approach for their individual development and work with their manager to develop an Individual Development Plan. This plan focuses on the skills and competencies that will help you be successful in your current role and also develop your career opportunities at CCA.
We encourage all employees to continually review their plans to align them to their career goals and help support professional and personal growth.
