The Finance team covers three areas - Commercial Management, National Finance and Operations & Systems, and Corporate.
With teams based nationally and in each state, the Commercial team partners with senior decision makers across all strategic business units, including Sales, Supply Chain and Customer Service. The team provides insights, analysis and recommendations to ensure sound and sustainable financial outcomes are delivered in line with core business plans.
The National Finance Operations & Systems group supports the Australian Business and its subsidiaries with a focus on financial operational support and continual process improvement. Teams within National Finance include Financial and Sales Accounting, Credit, Risk Services, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Payroll, Allocations, Settlement and Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Master Data and Finance Business Processes.
The Corporate team is responsible for reporting to the ASX and consolidating results from all CCA entities globally. With a focus on financial leadership, customer service and efficiency led process improvement Finance. Our HR team partners with each function of CCA providing HR consulting and advice on all aspects of our people agenda to drive business results. With specialist teams in Recruitment, Learning and Organisational Development, OH&S, Remuneration & Benefits and HR Generalist, every member of the team is committed to delivering an HR plan which is aligned to CCAs business strategy.
The IT team has a business focussed strategy centred on leveraging technology to drive business growth. The team prides itself in delivering innovative solutions across the business, including best practice Supply Chain solutions, empowering Sales and Customer Service tools and exploiting emerging technologies to facilitate collaboration. The environment is one that encourages constant process improvement and our structure is aligned to our business which ensures we have accountability and ownership of end-to-end delivery to our internal customers while developing a strong culture of customer centric consultation.
CCA’s Corporate Services consists of a number of specialist functions and roles which provide expert management, support, strategy and guidance to the entire business.
